After four years in the role, Carolyn Campbell will step down from her role as CEO of Scouts NSW.

Carolyn has been instrumental in implementing changes necessary to strengthen the organisation’s long-term resilience, with particular emphasis on financial sustainability, governance, risk and compliance.

Her leadership, decisiveness and professionalism have contributed to progress that is being made across the organisation, and she will be greatly missed.

Carolyn said, “Leading Scouts NSW has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my career. The resilience and spirit of our Staff, volunteers, and youth members have shaped me in ways I will always carry forward. I want to express my sincere thanks to the Board for their trust, guidance, and unwavering commitment to young people across the state. As I move into the role of CEO at Hockey NSW, I do so with immense pride in what we’ve achieved together and with deep appreciation for the Scouting community. The values of leadership, service, and belonging that define Scouts NSW will continue to guide me as I take on this new challenge.”

Carolyn will remain with Scouts NSW for three months to work closely with The Board to ensure a smooth transition, before taking on her new role of Chief Executive Officer at Hockey NSW.
