Date: 11am (AEST) on Saturday, 19 July 2025 – registration opens 10.30am

ONLINE MEMBER VIEWING:
Council Members who are unable to attend in person may view a live feed of the AGM virtually. Online attendance will be view only, there will not be an opportunity to engage in the meeting if you attend online. You can obtain a link from Scouts NSW to attend online by clicking here.
VOTING DETAILS – MAKE YOUR VOTE COUNT
An important purpose of this Annual General Meeting (AGM) is to allow Branch Council Members to vote on the matters put to the meeting.
The Chair of the meeting will determine all voting for the election of:
(a) Council Members
- Vice President
(b) Ex-Officio Directors (x2)
- Under 30/Young Adult
- Deputy Chief Commissioner
(c) Non-Executive Directors (x4).
Voting will be conducted electronically using the VERO voting platform. There will be paper voting in person at the AGM for those Council Members who have not voted electronically prior to the meeting. All Direct Votes will be counted. No member will be able to appoint an attorney to vote or to vote by proxy.
Attending the AGM
Branch Council Members can attend and participate by casting their electronic direct vote via the Vero platform emailed prior to the meeting and asking questions of management regarding the performance or management of the organisation. Please note that questions asked at the meeting may be taken on notice. Any question from members provided in advance of the AGM will be answered at the meeting.

Members who would like to submit questions before the AGM may do so by emailing the Company Secretary at cosec@nsw.scouts.com.au by 11am on Wednesday, 16 July 2025 to ensure sufficient time is provided to respond.
