54th JAMBOREE ON THE AIR and 15th JAMBOREE ON THE INTERNET

The 54th Jamboree on the Air and 15th Jamboree on the Internet is on its way and a number of Scout Groups have organised local events which you may be able to attend.
To enable as many Members as possible to participate in these activities we have listed below Scout Groups/Districts/Clubs which are conducting local events, and their contact details.
500,000 Scouts and Guides from around the world will unite in these weekend events to participate in amateur radio and/or internet activities while at the same time making new friends and having lots of fun.

Sydney North Region
Type of event: Weekend camp with radio, internet, electronics, and water activities Description: Scouts and Guides camp for the weekend and participate in a rostered range of radio and internet activities, and assemble an electronic kit. The water activities team also run canoeing and sailing activities. Cubs can visit for an hour or two and participate in radio and internet activities. Sections most suited to: Cubs and Scouts Date: All weekend 15-16 October Location: Sydney Lakeside Caravan Park at Narrabeen Cost: Cost for Scouts and Guides is $50. This price includes camping fee, electronics kit and all activities.
